What You’ve Done
You’ve completed at least two years of college coursework in information systems or a related field and bring hands-on experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, as well as statistical software like Excel or SPSS. You’ve built dashboards, cleaned complex datasets, and produced reports that clearly communicate key findings to stakeholders. Experience with relational databases and web analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
What You’ll Do
As the Data Analytics Specialist, you’ll design and manage dashboards, generate reports, and support the development of key performance indicators that help the library track progress toward strategic goals. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve data processes, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, and communicate insights in ways that support decision-making across the organization. Your work will help shape the library’s services, efficiency, and community impact.
