What You'll Do:
As a Retail Operations Aide in our Development department, your primary responsibility will be supporting the operation of retail outlets within our Main Library. You'll provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with merchandise inquiries, coordinating meeting room reservations, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of designated areas. Your duties will include monitoring inventory, processing incoming items, and conducting regular checks of retail and storage areas to optimize the floorspace and ensure an orderly work environment. Additionally, you'll assist in managing cash register operations, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating donation drop-offs and pickups.
