Hours :40+ hours a week, some evenings and weekends. Florida driver's license required.

What You’ll Do
As the Melrose Center Department Head, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of the Dororthy Lumley Melrose Center, as well as staff management, customer service, programming, budgeting, and community engagement. You’ll ensure the department operates efficiently and in alignment with OCLS goals, while cultivating a welcoming space for learning, creativity, and connection. From resolving customer inquiries to evaluating program effectiveness and seeking out grant opportunities, your leadership will shape the branch’s success and relevance in the community.
