You have experience providing technical support and troubleshooting software application issues, with a strong background in problem-solving and analytical skills. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system requirements, and providing recommendations for enhancements and improvements. You have also developed and maintained technical documentation.

 

What You'll Do Here

You will be responsible for supporting the library’s public resource scheduling system, including but not limited to the events calendar, room booking, and appointment scheduling modules, by troubleshooting reported issues, providing necessary instruction, and managing multiple support tickets to ensure timely resolutions. You will collaborate with management on system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements, as well as evaluate new products and features. You will also maintain accurate documentation related to system integrations and APIs while engaging stakeholders for regular system audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
