Who You Are
You are a skilled grant writer and researcher with a keen eye for detail and a passion for securing funding that drives impactful programs. You enjoy collaborating with teams to identify funding opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple deadlines and track funding efficiently.

What You’ve Done
You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in grant writing, research, and administration. You are well-versed in federal, state, and local grant regulations and have successfully managed grant applications from start to finish. Your expertise includes financial reporting, budget development, and program evaluation to ensure funding aligns with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do
As a Grants Specialist, you will identify funding opportunities, draft and submit grant applications, and oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure and manage funding, track grant progress, and evaluate program impact. Your efforts will help sustain and expand library initiatives that benefit the community
