What You'll Do

You'll ensure the smooth operation of our library's IT systems by managing technical support tasks, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of personal computer and network equipment. Under the IT Director's guidance, you'll handle service requests, maintain communication systems, and collaborate with vendors to optimize performance. Your role involves upgrading systems, maintaining records, and contributing to team efficiency.

What You've Done

You've completed two years of college-level coursework in Information Technology, or a closely related field, and have one (1) year of experience in a customer service role.
