You’ll troubleshoot issues, configure equipment, and maintain critical resources like servers and firewalls. You’ll also plan network upgrades and train staff, supporting the library’s mission with innovative IT solutions.
What You’ve Done
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and have at least four years of experience managing multi-protocol networks. Your background includes troubleshooting outages, implementing security measures, and managing servers, backups, and firewalls. You’re skilled in network tools and planning, ensuring seamless IT operations.
