What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the Employee Services team in delivering accurate and timely HR services with a strong focus on UKG Ready. You'll manage payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and support employee relations. You’ll ensure consistent processes, data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience while identifying opportunities to improve HR services.

What You’ve Done
You’ve earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources administration, or a closely related field and have at least three years of management level human resources experience. You have demonstrated experience leading teams and managing staff in the delivery of core HR, with a strong customer service focus. You have hands on experience administering and/or managing an HRIS, with experience using UKG Ready strongly preferred.
