Hours :40+ hours a week, some evenings and weekends. Florida driver's license required.

What You’ll Do
As a Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of a library branch, including staff management, customer service, programming, budgeting, and community engagement. You’ll ensure the branch operates efficiently and in alignment with OCLS goals, while cultivating a welcoming space for learning, creativity, and connection. From resolving customer inquiries to evaluating program effectiveness and seeking out grant opportunities, your leadership will shape the branch’s success and relevance in the community.

What You’ve Done
You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of professional library experience, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and leading public service programs. You've successfully built and supported strong teams, managed complex schedules, and collaborated with internal departments and external partners. You’re comfortable analyzing data, writing reports, and handling the operational demands of a busy branch.
