Whether you’re programming lighting cues or supporting a presenter on stage, you bring energy, precision, and a commitment to high-quality production.

What You’ve Done

You hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of hands-on experience in show and video production. You’re well-versed in the use of stage lighting, video cameras, audio equipment, and production software. You’ve led or contributed to live events and studio shoots, delivered training or educational programs, and worked effectively with teams and external performers. You’ve also coordinated projects from planning through execution, with strong documentation and reporting skills.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll plan and coordinate events on the Melrose stage, produce original Melrose television content, and lead show production classes. You’ll operate and maintain lighting and video equipment, develop educational materials, and collaborate with performers, staff, and community partners. Your work will support a diverse calendar of performances, recordings, and workshops that showcase the best of creativity and technical production at the Melrose Center.
