What You’ll Do
In this unique role embedded in the Melrose Center, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide array of equipment—computers to advanced studio tech. You’ll support staff and patrons, ensure seamless operation of Melrose’s tech infrastructure, and collaborate across IT and Melrose teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and support creative learning.

What You’ve Done
You’ve completed college-level coursework in computer science or a related field and bring at least two years of experience installing and troubleshooting personal computer hardware and software. You’ve worked with Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, supported end-users, tracked IT assets, and communicated effectively with both internal teams and vendors.
