What You'll Do:
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative operations of the Marketing and Development departments. From greeting visitors and managing phone calls to coordinating meeting room reservations and maintaining marketing materials inventory, you'll handle diverse responsibilities with precision and organization. Your duties will also include drafting correspondence, updating mailing lists, and assisting in coordinating hospitality for special guests. With a focus on detail and accuracy, you'll prepare and distribute marketing materials, monitor social media accounts, and provide support for library programs and events. Through your dedication to upholding library policies and delivering exceptional service, you'll contribute to fostering a learning environment that empowers and enriches the community.
